    Nice book! Very easy to read because the author has a sense of humor and makes so many good points. He is a doctor and has so many positive things to say about Tai Chi and other matters. :) The one and only drawback is that the embedded videos only play on a Kindle Fire tablet, so I have to use my little 7 tablet which makes the videos rather small for my eyes!!! I wish they were linked to a website for full

    Not your normal tai chi and that's what I loved about it. Very easy to learn and get enjoyment from it than doing long forms. The authors style is very calming and fun. Highly recommend!
