    I read this for our book club this month I started reading another one and just couldn't handle it This one grabbed me from the first page Each story is about children and how they face an aspect of war Running a long the bottom of each page is a bold line of text connecting the story to a historical fact about the war I always had to shuffle through all the pages to read the fact before I started the story What a clever idea I
