N make putting the problem rightIn language that every back pain sufferer will find completely understandable it describes each spinal disorder and what causes the pain It gives helpful back exercises with information about what they will achieve and how freuently they should be done There is also advi uite technical at times but excellent in helping me understand what s going on with my back and how I can prevent pain from reoccurring I follow my physio s treatment however which is different from the one recommended here I do of a Pilates routine which works great for me so won t change that Definitely recommend reading this though to anyone suffering from back pain
